This company came to our house before the paperwork went through, which means they were not suppose to be at our house. When I showed up at the house they had 3 large bags of our personal valuables waiting at the door along with our expensive dining room table taken apart ready for loading. They had already changed the locks on the doors. We called the cops who instructed them to put our locks back on and they had to leave immediately. Great experience. There was a misunderstanding with our deed of ownership for an inherited estate and we almost got locked out of our home. JCL called our broker first before changing the locks and thanks to their prompt and attentive office staff, we saved ourselves a HUGE headache. Many thanks.
