Mel and his guys were top notch. Mel explains everything thoroughly and they do amazing work. It is very hard to find someone in the Lehigh Valley area that does good work, has good communication, and is very reasonably priced. JCJ Property Maintenance checks all of those boxes. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
This company responded to a voicemail I left promptly and I told them I needed my window air conditioner removed and disposed of. They sent someone the following day (a Saturday) and it was handled quickly and easily (for me anyway). I appreciate good service and this was good quality service, handled professionally, no mess left behind, which is always a plus with any kind of maintenance. I will definitely think of this company in the future.
WE called on Sunday and he was here within a few hours. He needed to order a part and came back today to repair our A C and ir works perfectly.. HE HAD a very pleasant personality.

Mel did a great job on my bathtub, ceiling and front door. He’s very thorough, professional and prompt. I use him every time I need something repaired. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you
