Mr. Cisneros did a pretty good job on my roof, but after consulting with a lawyer, I was advised to pay the amount and contact the Roofers Association, The Better Business Bureau, the Federal Claims Agency, The Consumer Protection Agency, etc. Mr. Cisneros, in doing the original inspection and estimate, you sent me an estimate which I signed in good fate, HOWEVER, you then found some other items that cost me an extra $2000.
