I had my hot water tank split in my basement at 2:30 a.m. in the morning and reached out to this company and they said they would have someone call me. In the interim I was frantically removing the water best I could and finally at 3:30 a.m. I followed up because I hadn't heard from ANYONE and they said they would pass along the message. I had the pleasure of dealing with the Owner of the company for a major flood that occurred in my home. I was careful in my screening process and interview of perspective restoration service providers and selected JCG based on the impression the Owner left on me and the confidence I had that the job would be done properly. JCG has been my go to for all my distasters. I have been a multi-family property manager for 20 years. JCG takes care of all the details. I would not hire anyone else.
