Not surprised to read that J+CG are being sued for building defects and fraud. They turned what should have been a simple job into a nightmare. We found them to be incompetent and untrustworthy .

I purchased a brand new home built by J+CG in 2019, and unfortunately, it has had numerous issues from the start. These included leaks in the roof, balcony, windows, and skylight, as well as blistering paint and rusting nail protrusions on the external FC cladding. Despite the home still being under warranty, it was extremely difficult to have these issues addressed. I’m disappointed to say that my experience with this company has been far from ideal. They hired me to complete a fencing job months ago, and despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I still haven't been paid. I fulfilled my end of the agreement promptly and professionally, yet they have completely neglected their responsibility to compensate me which has been very frustrating. This kind of behaviour is very unprofessional and unacceptable. If you're considering working with them, be cautious.

When i engaged J+CG Constructions, they showed from the initial meeting that they had my best interest at heart. I found the team to be very reliable and trustworthy. i had interviewed several builders and found them to be a step ahead of the rest. I will not hesitate the team on other up and coming projects. no job too big or small. Highly recommended.
