Worst electric company I've ever seen or had to deal with. They are not regulated so they can charge whatever they like and they do. If you wish to pay three times more this is electric company for you. And if you like to be spammed over and over and over via text or email when you're not late this is electric company for you if you call to complain the make up every excuse in the world why they're Fair and they're not jacking the prices up. Worst utility company I have seen in my 66 years. They are like a small Enron. Massive extra charges as well as much higher costs for electricity and natural gas. We are considering moving just to get away from them! We had no choice when are former supplier sold all of us out to this rip off group! Stay away from any area that they service!
They charge WAY too much and then try to claim you owe them double what you actually owe. I cannot stand them.
