I had a very poor experience with JCC Property Group. After the lease ended, the property was left dirty and damaged. No final inspection was done, and I never got the keys back.Jodi C. My HOA Board is practically nonexistent and now we have gone from a terrible property management company with Greenway Realty to this inexperienced, uninformed property management company at JCC Property Group. After speaking with the owner several months ago, he admitted to not knowing or having been told the full extent of how terrible things with the current HOA Board have been for years at McAlway Manor properties. I am genuinely not sure what my HOA payment goes toward. We had a significant issue occur , and no action has been taken by the property management company. I call and get voicemail. It's unbelievable. Feels as though they are stealing our monthly HOA payments , pocketing it, and living it up - while the homes and homeowners in the neighborhood suffer. If it looks like a scam. Acts like a scam. It's a SCAM !
JCC property group is amazing! They always find me the best tenants for my investment properties. I’ve been using their services for years and love the seamless process as they handle so much on my behalf. 10/10!
