This company is absolute garbage at managing an HOA. It is impossible to get a human on the line now that they use an AI service, they barely return calls, and no one pays attention to service requests. Do yourself a favor and find another company. Or better yet, self-manage your HOA. At least then you would not be wasting money.

JCC Property Group is the management company for my HOA. In my first interaction with them, they would not respond to emails or return phone calls. Eventually, they did call me back, but they did that accidentally. I listened in as they talked amongst themselves about my messages (which they had not responded to) and referred to me using expletives. I received no response from them until I emailed them saying I heard their conversations and shared various details of the conversation that I overheard to verify it. This trend ... read more

I had a very poor experience with JCC Property Group. After the lease ended, the property was left dirty and damaged. No final inspection was done, and I never got the keys back.Jodi C. ( I believe she's the president of the company) just left my property open for anyone to come i for a night. She just emailed me that she "approved" tenant moving out 2 months earlier as she asked her. My HOA Board is practically nonexistent and now we have gone from a terrible property management company with Greenway Realty to this inexperienced, uninformed property management company at JCC Property Group. After speaking with the owner several months ago, he admitted to not knowing or having been told the full extent of how terrible things with the current HOA Board have been for years at McAlway Manor properties. I am genuinely not sure what my HOA payment goes toward. We had a significant issue occur , and no action has been taken by the property management company. I call and get voicemail. It's unbelievable. Feels as though they are stealing our monthly HOA payments , pocketing it, and living it up - while the homes and homeowners in the neighborhood suffer. If it looks like a scam. Acts like a scam. It's a SCAM !
