They are great and friendly. No issues.
This bank will nickel and dime you. They have the worst online system I've ever experienced, but when you opt out of paperless statements they'll charge you $3 every month just to receive a paper statement. Their customer service is awful. If you ever get locked out of your account it's quite a process to get access back. Bottom line, there are A LOT better options for banks to do business with; banks with better customer service and a more user friendly online experience. Don't waste your time here.
