Factory. It's very hot in the summer there.
It’s take 15 minutes to load my truck. This business recently started loading trucks by appointment. So, initially, if you show up for a pickup without an appointment, be prepared to wait for an opening between the trucks that do have appointments.

I have a JCB 215T still under factory warranty has had an overheat condition since November. They have attempted to repair the issue over 9 times replacing numerous parts under warranty but still have not fixed the issue to date. The dealership also left loose bolts, forgot to tighten hose clamp on the radiator hose which blew off and scalded the operator, and cracked the thermostat housing while replacing thermostat.
