Factory
They sold us a new, defective machine. It never was fixed right...they stuck our dealer with the new boom cost. Resulted in 3 months downtime for our 3TS. I tried to reach someone at corporate multiple ways. No one would ever return any calls, emails, or messages. Very frustrated...not only with the terrible support, but the communication failure. We are long time users that buy new units.
Good place to workand learn
Just awful. Employees are rude and snarky. Not helpful. Avoid this company.
