I had a very disappointing experience; the individual was unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of respect for customers. My review would be zero stars.
John at JVB had my weak power problem diagnosed and partially solved in less than two hours. We had to order parts to completely fix what ended up being a clogged exhaust system. The follow up service was only $250. That might sound like a lot, but he: installed the manifold, drilled a new hole for the downstream converter, welded a new section of exhaust pipe, reinstalled all four emissions sensors, and took me on a test drive to make sure I was happy with his service. I highly recommend this repair shop!
John is great! He is very personable and keeps you apprised with what is going on with your vehicle.
