I have recently returned to the area and started renting with Jcap again. I love the quick response with maintenance. Very professional company. Would highly recommend this company.
Do not rent from this place. The people that work at JCAP are extremely dishonest and will overcharge you high rates for minimal things like not wiping out a drawer.
Pet Friendly? 75 dollars a month for each pet and declawing necessary in order to have a cat is not pet friendly. Advertising should reflect the true nature of the rental which is we are going to make it as costly and discouraging as possible to have a pet. Non refundable pet deposits are one thing but excessive monthly charges and cruelty to animals is quite another.
