Jca auto on broad river rd is the worst mechanic shop to go to. Went to take my truck there because my front diff was making a horrible grinding noise. So I took it there and they diagnosed it as being a bad front diff. Guy Said “you need a whole new diff” I said okay let’s go ahead and order one and get it over with...whatever. They fine one used with 77k I go up there pay for it! Leave!That was on a Monday. Next Monday. Have t heard anything. So I called and asked how everything was going. Actually do the work needed and not find other things that still doesn’t fix the problem!
I had to have my radiator replaced last week (after having a new one installed a little over 2 years ago by another company!) They charged me a fair price for the repair and were very helpful!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car repair shop....and I have been driving for about 55 years. The best part is they gave me peace of mind that they thoroughly examined my car for damages from a piece of road debris that I had been caught under my car and made noise until it fell out several miles later. They were thorough, professional, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
