I have been doing business with Sandy and JCY for over a decade now. We originally started with one of their rental chillers and 7 years ago purchased a JCY chiller thats been cooling our brewery perfectly ever since! Sandy and Sam at JC Younger are true experts and make me confident my system is going to work when I need it. They helped me add on to my under-powered chiller with a rebuilt unit so I could stay in budget and have a system that allows me to grow. I got the feeling they were not just selling me a chiller, but really want my business to be successful. I will be working with them for years to come as my business grows.
I called Sandy at JC as he was referred to me by an old co-worker and I’m so glad he did. I was able to talk to Sandy right away. He is extremely knowledgeable and ready to help. I had someone come out and look at our chiller system right away. You just don’t find this kind of service anymore. I will use them from now on and refer anyone who needs this kind of service.
We use a chiller from them at Remedy brewing and have been extremely satisfied. The technical support, and customer service has been phenomenal. They take great care of us and have worked incredibly hard to make sure out system stays running, and performs well.
We've had a great experience with JC Younger. We've had our chiller operating for 10 years, very reliable. Unbelievably, this particular unit has a compressor operating since the 1960's...not a joke, they don't make them like that anymore. Some of the best customer service around, they've come to the brewery and made sure the installation we had done was correct and did a complete walk through of how it operates, and what to look for...for free. Really appreciative of the partnership. These guys are awesome.
