Great people to do business with
Reported an issue on labour day wknd and had a response within 10 minutes and a personal visit to address within an hour. We requested additional sunbeds and Linda and mike kindly loaned us a couple from their own home. Fantastic property management service, helpful and informative and would certainly recommend JC Vacation Homes to all owners and renters.
We rented a house in Orlando from JC Vacation homes and it was a huge mistake. The house was absolutely disgusting, it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Dust and dirt everywhere. Huge cobwebs hanging from the chandeliers and walking on the floors literally made our feet black. Overall the house was nasty. They claim the house is checked by 3 people before we arrived, highly doubt it. We paid a hefty "cleaning" fee for what? To have to clean the place when we arrive. Booked this for annual event that we attend in Orlando, FL and cleanliness is the first issue I had with the place but was willing to overlook some of it until matters continued to get worse. No internet service our entire stay, which meant no tv. There was no hot water and the representative by phone only made that worse. She insisted that the home was equipped with a tankless hot water heater after repeatedly informing her that it wasn’t.
