Do not use this company or anything **** Smith organizes or manages. They will leave you out to dry and disappointed over and over and over again. From 02/23 through 04/25 they fumbled through our home renovation in spurts. Providing very limited communication or updates, contractors would randomly show up 1 or 2 days out of 5. They don't pay their contractors. One of their concrete CG's has been trying to get them to pay their invoices for over a year now. They never call back or respond to emails.
JC Smith LLC has completed several projects for me and I have been extremely pleased each and every time. They always do excellent work and always in a timely manner. They even came through in a pinch when I had a sewer pipe bust. They worked with the other companies in a joint effort to get everything cleaned up and repaired. It was such a load off of my shoulders. I would recommend them to anyone needing any contracting work done. I definitely plan to use them for future projects.
