I would defiantly not recommend this realty company. My Fiancé and I were attempting to rent a property that was being managed by this company (Joseph Cannella) and he was a complete jerk to both of us. He ended up telling us that he didn't want to hear from a 24 year old when we asked to move the move in date they put on the lease agreement back 15 days to the first of the month (before we signed). He also constantly threatened us that he would tell the owners to go with another applicant even though they had already chosen... read more
