This company did new construction install for me and it was the worst experience you could imagine. It took months for them to finish the job and would not answer calls and messages for weeks at a time. Every time I talked to them I got the old “we’ll be there tomorrow” and they would never show. They broke an existing water line while they were installing some other lines and it took them 3 months to come back and repair it all the while arguing with me that they didn’t break the water line. If I could give this company 0 stars, it would still be too many. They were called to come out to fix a water issue and spect the entire tune just hanging out, not getting the work done. When asked to get started on the work, they refused and couldn't give an adequate explanation for why they weren't working to fix the problem. It didn't matter one bit to the 3 workers that no one had running water while they just hung out, laughing, and cracking jokes. To call them unprofessional would be a massive understatement.
