Beware of Shihui (Sherry) Zhang. Back in September-October 2025, I rented a room inside 28 Rocky Knoll, the house her client Lei Li bought with her. Terrible experience with realtor Heather Ding. I was ready to sign a lease for a home at 153 Sora, Irvine. She couldn’t answer basic questions, responded with attitude, and eventually said she didn’t want to rent to us because we are five roommates - she’d “rather rent to a family.” That’s discrimination, and in the U.S., that’s a serious legal issue. Absolutely horrendous experience with Heather as a leasing agent for 239 Waypoint in Tustin, CA. We inquired about viewing the unit and was told the combination to the front door as the tenant had recently moved out. We decided to move forward with leasing the unit and filled out a application on Zillow despite the owner of the unit refusing to properly turn it, only offering to lightly clean the carpets. These guys buy new homes for "foreign cash buyers" who never live in the US, and then sell them at inflated prices. Makes people wonder if they launder money for foreigners. No wonder they don't care about customer service.
