JC Optical in Surrey is such a nice store clean, well organized, and with a great selection of sunglasses. Karan was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience at JC Optics today! The service was excellent, and a special shout-out to Ish. She was so patient and kind while helping me pick the perfect pair of sunglasses. I was quite confused, but she never rushed me—she gave me time, offered lots of helpful suggestions, and made the whole process enjoyable. Ish, you rock! It was such a pleasure meeting you.

I had best experience there. All the employees were so sweet and polite. Pinder helped us finalizing our dream sunglasses. She was so professional and kind. Even though it was bit packed, she managed to deal with every customer on time and handled the situation ethically.
