Spent nearly $4,000 on Maybach Symphony frames and lenses at JC Optical. When I picked them up, the staff had bad attitudes and couldn’t install the lenses properly waited for over a hour and still not done properly . One of them said, “That’s the best we can do. If you don’t like it, come back at the end of August when our main techs here.” You would think if their selling glasses of upwards of 4k they would have someone qualified enough to do the job properly. I went to jc optical today and Rupinder helped my mother in law. She is so nice , helpful ,friendly and with amazing patience. Really appreciate her efforts. Great job
