Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was helpful and listen to me in a caring manner.
Do not get me wrong, my child’s nails look great and the woman who did her toes did a wonderful job. But, the woman who checks you in needs to adjust her attitude and not be rude whenever a customer has a question or does not fully understand what nail services are offered. The woman who checked me in at the front, was very rude and I did not appreciate being interrupted while I was explaining what kind of nails my child would like. JC Nails, did amazing job on my nails. 5 stars!
I love this place. I have now been 3 times and they are a bit rude at first but then they warm up and are very nice. They have done amazing on my nails every time I go. I got an airbrushed green ombré last time and they held up so well. I will definitely be back in the future. They are very reasonably priced too!
