If I could 0 stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with my recent pedicure experience. During the service, the nail technician repeatedly flooded my cuticles with polish, leaving the application messy and unprofessional. When I politely brought up my concerns, instead of addressing them respectfully, the technician became dismissive and rude. I went to JC Nail & Spa for the 1st time yesterday and had a very nice and positive experience. Wenna did my nails and she was very sweet and friendly and did an excellent job. I found the place to be very clean, reasonably priced and relaxing. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and I am definitely looking forward to coming back not only for my nails but will also have a spa pedicure!!
