I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager. We simply asked if we could sit together with our friends, and she responded with a very poor attitude. Instead of offering a clear explanation, she gave a confusing response and even attempted to cancel our appointment. Throughout the interaction, she kept rolling her eyes, which felt extremely unprofessional. She also insisted that we speak only Chinese with her, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I am fairly new to JC nails but ever since first coming here I now come every 3 weeks to see Lori, the place is so nice and big so it makes it easy to get in and they do a great job!

If I could zero stars I would. Came here once and had a bad experience but decided to give it a second chance. Took my daughter for manicures and right away I knew I should have walked out. They came over pushing colors on her because I guess taking 2 minutes was too long. Then proceeded to seat us on completely opposite ends of the salon even though I asked to be together (she's 5.) they eventually moved her closer to me. Absolutely terrible. The man that did my nails was miserable and did a whole set in 20 min… completely rushed and did a horrible job shaping and painting. He was so rude and i’m mortified that this place is in business. Never recommending this place to anyone..
