If I am gonna get charged extra to change the shape of my nail, at least do it right! After the initial shaping I asked him to make it a bit more narrow and then catches an attitude with me. Your offering a service, there are 50,000 other nail salons in long island wouldn't you think you would make sure your customer likes their nails? The salon is immaculate with the utmost efficiency in all the staff.
This place is beautiful! My nail tech Lori was great, I got a set of hard gel done I was satisfied with the color. I just wish designs were done. I will be going back
Very unprofessional experience. The technician who did my nails repeatedly pressured me for a tip while I was waiting for the person I came with to pay, which was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. I tipped anyway, but the behavior was rude and uncalled for. The front staff were also rude and laughed while working on customers. Definitely not a welcoming atmosphere.
