While I was very appreciative of them coming out and diagnosing the issue they completely ghosted me the day after. I texted and called a number of times and received no reply what so ever. Mind you my furnace was down and it was 35 degrees out. I had do have the AI phone attendant try to reach out but even then he said he would call me but never did. I have all the receipts of this. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to text or call the day after especially when that was the plan.

Very nice people. Wholly incompetent. Said we needed to replace our AC, so we did. It never worked. It hits 80 outside and it's game over. They came out a dozen times at least. Fixed all sorts of things. Screwed up the drainage and it flooded the ceiling underneath. Apparently we need new ductwork? The explanation seems plausible but only diagnosed after 2 years of service calls. They won't return our calls.

Jimmy was the most knowledgeable of all the contenders we talked to. He gave us some excellent recommendations. UPDATE This jerk did not file for our Ecel rebate or given us paperwork necessary to file for a federal tax credit and the job was completed over 3 months ago! Now he won’t respond to texts and won’t return our phone calls. We are close to taking legal action.
