Scheduling was a nightmare—appointments kept getting pushed back with little to no notice, and when the technician finally showed up, it was hours past the window they gave. Communication was poor the entire time; getting a straight answer from anyone felt impossible. While I was very appreciative of them coming out and diagnosing the issue they completely ghosted me the day after. I texted and called a number of times and received no reply what so ever. Mind you my furnace was down and it was 35 degrees out. I had do have the AI phone attendant try to reach out but even then he said he would call me but never did. I have all the receipts of this. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to text or call the day after especially when that was the plan.
