Jess does incredible bodywork. She has so much knowledge of the body. I have had persistent neck and shoulder problems for the past year. She is able to pinpoint what is causing it, which is often not where I am experiencing the pain, and addresses it. She also brings a calming and professional energy. In addition to tackling the specific area I need help with, I feel my nervous system relax both in the session and for the days following. I cannot recommend Jess enough!
I have been coming here for over 2 years and Jessie has been an absolute lifesaver. I started seeing her throughout pregnancy and postpartum and she provided much needed relief through all the aches and pains.
