I recently completed a current decorating project and would like to submit a shout out to Linda Moffat at the Vernon Hills store. We selected blinds, verticals and paints for 3 rooms. I have worked with Linda for 30+ years at 3 different Licht store locations. We have worked on a number of projects and she is the best! Her knowledge of products, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and patience to get just the right effect is greatly appreciated.

Installer arrived with only half of the blinds and had to have the remaining window coverings delivered to a local store for pickup and install later in the day. I lost my whole afternoon to a one hour install.

We’ve been working with Michelle to order nine window treatments for multiple renovated rooms in our home. She is the absolute BEST! Michelle has been so prompt to respond to emails and deliver proposals but she was also unbelievably committed to selecting fabric samples to choose from. Additionally, she worked with us to come up with a good solution for an unusually-shaped window in a room with a sloped ceiling.
