Installer arrived with only half of the blinds and had to have the remaining window coverings delivered to a local store for pickup and install later in the day. I lost my whole afternoon to a one hour install.
Michelle is terrific. We had such fun selecting my blinds and cornice fabrics. She made my shopping experience so enjoyable.
