I brought a Hunter Douglas roll-up shade to your store. I asked to replicate it. I was told, no, someone had to come to my condo to measure and evaluate. Why? The measurements have not changed. You could have saved me a service call had you given me what I wanted in the first place.
Andy was great. He was very attentive, explained everything he was doing, and made sure to demonstrate how to utilize the blinds and also how to troubleshoot any issues.
