Not sure what happened to my sales person who was texting me but David the sales manager ended up taking over and while my saleman was all to happy to answer any questions I had, David seemed to be agitated right off the bat. I just had my Mazda 2025 Miata grand touring in for service to address a recall. Well the service team and Velanie Lang went far beyond that and rotated my tires, fluids etc etc. for a car that only had 1200 miles on it! VALENIE WAS GREAT. I HAD A LOANER AND SHE KEPT ME UP TO DATE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
