First of all, Joe and Johnny are the best sales department. Secondly, they have worst, rudest and stealing Service department ever exist. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service they always magically find something different from what I came there for them to do. This last time they had my vehicle, they broke my windshield then charged me a portion of the bill. It was supposed to be $500. I was sold an absolute lemon. I was told there was a singular owner and no accidents. Turns out there were 7 owners and 3 accidents on the car. 6 months after buying the car I had to have the transmission replaced, 3 months after that I had to pay 1,000 out of pocket for repairs, 6 months after that I had to pay 2,000 for repairs. The car was not as nice as JC Lewis made it seem. Fast forward less than three years later. Car is totaled from mechanical failure and 12,000 of debit in my name. Terrific sales staff but took almost 4 hours to get the paperwork completed. I was promised a few things that just didn’t get done because there just was no time to complete. Happy with the vehicle and Zabet who quickly figured out what I liked and adjusted on the fly.
