I was thinking about the reviews I left for JC Jewelers I'm still hurting from the chicanery pulled. This was a gift for my parents who are deceased My father died of food poisoning over in Italy he was a manufacturing employee My mother was a hard patient when they went on this trip it was the trip of a lifetime. And for somebody who is of the same nationality as me it's surprising he doesn't realize karma will catch up with him I'm trying not to be bitter but this still hurts I've never treated people with such callousness... read more

I have left a couple of reviews before I want to add to it Yes I'm in my seventies. Yes I brought this chain or the other chain that was really mine to him twice to fix the catch he called me and said everything was ready the night before I came when I came he said he couldn't find it and then he handed two pouches and the one is nut the chain that was my mother's my mother's lattice work chain it was 14 karat gold she bought it in Italy 1972 because my daughter was born and that's where my father died in Italy that was thei... read more

I have written a review several times and actually I feel a little foolish I was always honest in what I did for a living and I wouldn't hurt my customers anyway shape or form. Go back to the summer I had the chain fixed the clasp from the chain my mom and dad gave me when they went to Italy. It was 14 karat gold.
