Joe is phenomenal. I feel lucky to have found him and am grateful for all his help in my search. Joe is thorough, kind, and incredibly responsive. He made sure I knew and understood everything he pointed out and made a point to find things I would need as a homeowner as a bonus. I’d recommend him to anyone.
Joe was very professional. His communication is excellent and attention to details is amazing! Joe was unable to gain access to a part of the home during the inital inspection because it was locked. Joe went back after receiving access and completed the inspection. That's going above and beyond and excellent customer service!
Great service! James kept me informed, was very fast, made local recommendations for service I needed, and was always very professional. The report was top notch and included notes and highlights or arrows on all the photos. Plus after the inspection was completed, James offered explanations on anything I needed. I'm buying sight un seen from 10 hours away, so this alone was invaluable to me. Would recommend!
I liked Joe, but he missed so much rotted wood in joists of deck… 6 months after his inspection we are replacing the whole deck due to wood rot.
Joe did the inspection on my very old Victorian home. He was wonderful! Very thorough and kind, willing to explain and answer any questions. Nothing condescending about him! He educates you and is a patient, wonderful resource who has a balanced and fair approach to everything he does. Highly recommend!!!
