Joe was very professional. His communication is excellent and attention to details is amazing! Joe was unable to gain access to a part of the home during the inital inspection because it was locked. Joe went back after receiving access and completed the inspection. That's going above and beyond and excellent customer service!
Great service! James kept me informed, was very fast, made local recommendations for service I needed, and was always very professional. The report was top notch and included notes and highlights or arrows on all the photos. Plus after the inspection was completed, James offered explanations on anything I needed. I'm buying sight un seen from 10 hours away, so this alone was invaluable to me. Would recommend!
