It is unsatisfactory, during biannual service on our **** system to have to stand and listen while service person attempts to 'sell' extra miscellaneous items for purposes that were not clearly explained except that items would be an upcharge to biannual service call. We have three systems in our home. It did not take a full hour to check all three systems, which seemed odd.Also told one of our systems might fail and that it would mean replacing entire system. No explanations, or guidance, or showing where the issue was or h... read more

Hello, In our responsibility is to inform the customer about what we find during the Preventing Maintenance. The technician performed the PM on three Air Conditioning Units in 1h 30 min. We didn't install those unit but we maintaining them for couple years so we know the system. Technician recommend to buy extra booster for AC and this was as an option customer can or can not agree. During system test one of the systems was acting weird on pressures so that why technician take closer look to this and he found restricted coil... read more

Have used them twice now in Gibson City- when out of office have easy ways to get a message to helpful staff in case of urgent matters! when on the phone always polite and helpful for office staff and service providers. Work is solid, communication of problem and remedy is clear and billing is swift and as requested for routing. Also very affordable for the valued service given what is not to love!!
