I feel SO fortunate that I found Heather and JC to help me sell my loft in Oakland. The process was not without challenges, but I felt supported throughout the experience. They are experienced real estate agents, skilled communicators, and they conduct themselves with integrity. And on top of all that, they are fun to hang out with!! Heather and JC are very knowledgeable, communicative, candid and prompt. Right from suggesting lenders, to looking at key aspects of a home (like looking for dry rot, or phosphorescence in basements), they point out salient things to look for in a home.
