City Flats at Renwick. Bloomington, Indiana. FIRST: The on-site staff and the maintenance crew are excellent! However, it's obviously clear that the suits up in Carmel don't care about these properties. They reduced services and cut office hours as if it were a bonus for those of us who live here. This company is absolutely awful to tenants. I live in Union Green and the management just does not care about you at all. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue they caused (that cost me several hundred dollars) for about 3 weeks, and no one responds in a timely manner. I was getting nowhere with the building manager, who eventually told me that because they caused the same issue for multiple tenants, they “had to be fair” by not doing anything to rectify the situation.
