The JC Hamm and Son team did a great job replacing our 5 ton unit. They were very knowledgeable about their products. They made sure we knew how to program our thermostat before leaving. They also did a follow up call to make sure everything was working correctly and answer any new questions we may have. Great company!
In November while out of state, our HVAC at home malfunctioned. My family did not want to tell me and was toughing it out and trying to use space heaters to keep pipes from freezing. Unable to contact our HVAC company, in desperation, I called long distance to J C Hamm and Sons. They responded even though I was not a regular client. Their serviceman was remarkable. Great company with great people. They installed three units in our office building, which was no easy feat. Each member of the install crew was personable and hard working and left the space very clean. Their admin staff made communication very easy. Highly recommend.
The technician, Riley, is very good. Very polite, conscientious and knows his business very well. Been doing business with Hamm for years and always glad when this technician shows up because he services my unit 100 percent satisfaction and takes time to answer my questions and concerns!!!
