I recently had the opportunity to work with JC Gonzalez on a real estate transaction, and he was truly outstanding from contract to closing. JC communicated clearly, stayed ahead of every deadline, and approached each step with a calm, solutions focused mindset. He advocated strongly for his clients while remaining respectful and collaborativ... read more

Had a great experience looking for a home with JC and team. Everyone was super nice and easy to work with. No pressure, no rushing, and they made the whole process pretty simple. They were always willing to answer questions and help out whenever we needed it. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a home! Thank you.

JC and his team are amazing agents! As a licensed Realtor® in Texas, I’m so happy to know there’s a team in the Chicago area providing such an incredible level of service and truly taking care of their clients. Highly recommend, 10/10! ⭐️

First time home buyer here and I’m so glad I went with Cloud Gate Realty! Their entire team is truly the best ! Since day 1 they were always on it , and even months after closing they are still checking up on me and helping me with any questions I still come across with. I loved how I could ask a million questions and they answered them all without any hesitation. Buying your first home can get overwhelming but they made sure to help me understand, relax and more than anything- enjoy the process that after all was truly a dr... read more

No matter how big or small the concern was, he always took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. His team was just as amazing, extremely responsive, organized, and on top of everything from scheduling showings to quickly sending over all the necessary d... read more
