What a joke, I took 2 necklaces into the store. 1 silver one to extend a 18 k white gold one. The jeweller told me it was costume jewellery, I had informed him, one was 18 k white gold and the other was silver. After inspection he saw the hallmark of 750 for the gold. If this is your profession you should know your product. Do no ever devalue your clients jewellery without first looking into the clients authenticity. I think you are in the wrong profession.
Came in to have a diamond tested which they were happy to do!! And then I asked to have the ring resized as it was a tiny band from my 4ft tall mother in law and not only did they manage to take it up TEN sizes, it took less than 48hrs and the result is STUNNING. I adore it, highly recommend. Lovely guys. Great work. Thank you!
Awful customer service, boring jewellery, and bad prices. Find better jewellery, from nicer people, at better prices elsewhere.
