Excellent experience here today and the service was prompt. Had my Cuban chain tangled that I had literally spent an hour trying to untangle and the jeweller held it in his hands for 5 seconds and untangled it and gave it back to me on the spot. Very good at what he does, thank you kindly.
I took my gold chain in to have it polished, and I’ve come back to find the original 14k gold clasp has been swapped for a 9k clasp—and the spring is missing. On top of that, I was told it couldn’t be repaired and was pushed to purchase an 18k replacement clasp. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
Got my Promaster Fugu watch bracelet shortened here. Did it on the spot for me for a fair price. Friendly and professional, thanks so much. Pete
