I recently had the zipper of a Spring/Fall jacket replaced. The old zipper had broken and I hadn't used the jacket for quite a while. The zipper was replaced and returned in about 3 weeks. I am very satisfied with their work.

I brought in a 35 year old backpack to this place. I've had this backpack since college, used it through my five Army years, and then another 15 years since. I still have it I needed to fix the zipper - which JC Cleaners did perfectly - and I expect to get another 20 years at least out of my bag. They'll do their best for you with excellent customer service, quickly, and with a smile!

Very unprofessional! I dropped off an item to be repaired. 7 weeks later they finally told me it was lost, and truly did not sound concerned. I had to ask to be financially reimbursed. Should have been the other way around. From reading other posts, this seems to be quite common with this business. I would definitely NOT recommend using this very careless, incompetent cleaners.
