I can't even give them a one unless you count the guy showing up to look at the roof a one then they would get a one. He said that he would get back to me with an estimate in a couple of days and it's been almost a week and I've heard nothing. It's a simple 2 square roof. He couldn't even understand that I wanted to use two by six rafters and do a whole new rebuild instead of using 2x4s. I would never use them!
