We have been in business since February 1999 and proud that we just celebrated our 20 year anniversary. My boyfriend and I were in need of a carpet cleaner ASAP and we stumbled on JC Carpet on yelp. Jorge was very friendly and nice over the phone and was able to give us a quote and then scheduled a cleaning two days later. Jorge is very professional and he definitely knows what he is doing. Very happy with their service. Quick to respond and answer all of the questions I had regarding an area rug that I needed cleaned. The owner is super informative and knowledgeable. I am impressed with how nice and new my area rug looks again! The employee that cleaned my rug was very kind and professional. Will be using this company again in the near future!
I couldn't be happier the condition and look of my carpets after JC's restoration cleaning. The appearance is far superior than I could have imagined from my old carpets. Jorge and Justin were very professional, meeting their appointment on time and getting right to work. Their equipment is not what you'd go out a rent yourself. Most clients think it's a sale tactic when we offer restoration not knowing that in fact their carpet really do require it.
