Came in looking for a unique ring. Richard helped us find something and helped us fit it in our budget. He also appraised a few of my grandmother's rings right on the spot. I love that they resize right there while you're waiting. Super nice guy. Will definitely go back if I need something else.
Can’t thank the staff enough!! Chantelle helped me get the final design, and it was perfect! Beyond expectations. Richard helped me with the nitty gritty leading up to it being finished and made it super easy! Highly recommend seeing these guys. I’m no fancy bloke so it was stress free!

Walking around down town vernon , I came apone JC Bradley Jewellers ….I walked in and asked the sale associate if they had “on site” jewellers . He said yes, I told him my concerns about shipping out my ring, and was needing a Dimond fixed(was loose) …he took it back to Richard, he confirmed my concerns,..and said he could fix it on the spot…I was extremely happy at the service , the promptness and the professionalism of the staff and the jeweller. This 5-star would be a 10 if I could, Richard and his team have been there to support some of the biggest moments in my life, from my high school graduation, to my college graduation and my wedding.
