Not located at Extra Space Storage
Very disappointed with our skylight. There is a very ugly motor visible inside the skylight well which our sales rep did not warn us about, and apparently there is no way to hide this inside the ceiling. Furthermore, they sent us an operable sloped ceiling unit without confirming which side to put the hinging on, so it arrived completely wrong. Apparently with this incorrect hinging we can expect the hinges to wear out in about a year or two. Neither of these issues was enough to warrant any sort of refund or replacement. We... read more
Mistakes happen, but making things right with customers shows integrity. I've been installing JC Barry skylights since 87. I've found the quality of their products to be even better than years past. I'm very happy with the operable skylight I just installed.
