BEST mechanic around. been coming here for several years ever since Josh opened. i’ve had toyotas, bmw and gm vehicles in here and he’s been familiar with all. he can be tough to get into sometimes due to work load but it’s well worth the wait if possible. he does charge top end pricing but he backs it up with knowledge and experience. and i can’t forget to mention his newest service writer Justin. awesome dude that’s very thorough and not just trying to add $$$ to the bill. they are also very good at communication before st... read more

Friday afternoon, on hwy 75 traveling from Ontario to Green Bay WI in my 2018 Camry…to see my children and a Packer Game. 2 lug nuts fall off, called them at noon as I was getting towed in, they said they would check it out. They did MORE! Fixed it, retourqed all my other wheels, fixed my frozen caliper. Suggested new brake pads soon. Explained EVERYTHING that they fixed, why it happened and future suggestions. I wish I lived there because they would be my go to automotive place hands down! Thank you Justin and crew!

**Avoid J&C Auto at All Costs** I went to J&C Auto for a second opinion after another shop suggested a costly turbo repair. I was told by a friend that J&C Auto was "nice and fair" with pricing, so I decided to give them a shot. What a mistake that turned out to be. My check engine light was on, and after having my car for two days, Justin from J&C Auto called me late on a Friday afternoon to say they thought the issue was a sensor rather than the turbo. These guys are the best; honest and great work. I had broken down three weeks prior after a return flight into Grand Rapids. The starter had gone out in my car. Three weeks later, again my car would not start. Justin not only did a tip-top job diagnosing, replacing the "new" starter, and fixing other small things that needed it, he also helped me by talking with the first garage.
