Terrible communication hung up and wouldn’t answer after 1150$ complete scam artist Ericson in Boyne falls is the best by far got told fix the fuel pump then after wants to say there 2 should of been notified and after 1150$ keep the fuel up all the time or stall out

Terrible customer service, with absolutely zero communication. Dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday with the plan of picking it up the following MONDAY- to have an estimate done and start on repairs. Contacted them the following Monday to find out they haven't even looked at it, stating they didnt see my keys in the lock box until Sunday. Yet not one phone call was made to try and contact me. I’d say this is the only shop I’d trust to take my car to. They do very good quality work with more than fair pricing in my opinion. They won’t sell you anything you don’t need that won’t help you or help them get to the cause of your cars issue.
