Went there for wheel alignment and paid 200$ (extra 100$ for checking and driving) After they done strange noise came up and went back there to show them, the guy with the beard heard the noise but couldn’t find it why , told him to call the other guy to find out the problem he said he can’t because he’s so busy!!!! Now it’s up to you to go there???
I had an alignment (tried to fix it two times) done by Pep Boys on Hwy 64 in which they messed up and said they couldn’t do anything since it was within spec per their “results”. I knew it wasn’t done right with the steering wheel being skewed to the right. Took it to JC they did the alignment right on the first time! Easy in and out, super fast and friendly & competitive prices! I will be taking my business to them from now on. Support local businesses.
