Francisco was quick to help with a rotating and balancing on a Sunday. He was friendly, and answered the phone, got a price and he was able to get it done promptly. Super grateful he was open and the car felt like night and day after. Honest, straightforward man. Definitely recommend this shop. Thank you so much, Francisco!!!!
Really, if I could give this shop more stars I would. I am very grateful and surprised that they were able to fix the problem on my 250 truck. I had taken it to five mechanics and none of them were able to fix it. They were just taking my money. I took it to this shop and in just two days they fixed the problem and the truck is working at 100%. I am truly grateful to them and they will be my preferred shop.
My car notified me on 40 that I had a flat tire. I had enough time to make it to a gas station in BURGAW but then it was 2 psi. Started calling local shops that could not come to me which was a problem since I couldn’t drive to them. Jose from J&C auto repair showed up within 15 minutes and was extremely helpful and kind. Greatly appreciate their help!
I have been here a few times with family members getting their cars worked on, and they have always had great customer service! But yesterday I stopped by just as everyone was packing up to go home, just to inquire about getting an oil change that’s been much needed, and he offered to do it right then!! I couldn’t be more grateful!!
I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place! I dropped my car off here on Monday, trusting them to figure out why it was shaking. They claimed they'd need to take apart the engine and promised to call me the next day with an update. But when I missed their call, I texted Francisco who didn’t bother responding until 10 PM!
