Jack Anderson built my horse trailer sales and service facility. Much of it came out OK. He did a really poor job on the concrete and electrical. Since he had already been paid when these problems surfaced, he would never even return our calls. I was forced to sue him and won a 40K judgement. Do you think he made restitution? Of course not.
