The gentlemen who came to work on my mom's AC were fantastic. The first technician, Fabian, came out on a Sunday, after hours, was very respectful and informative. He took the time to explain the work to be done and pricing. The second technician, George, was also very respectful and informative. They also stayed a few moments after the work was done to make sure the AC worked properly. I 100% recommend JC Heating and Cooling.
My experience with JCAir Conditioning & Heating was excellent. I was treated with much respect. Professionalism and knowledge are an A +! I love my new A/C unit! I arrived home from work in the morning so at 6:30 am i texted jc's service and they responded emmediatly. They arrived at 8:30 am and by 9:15 my a/c fixed. I highly recommend this company.
Staff was very thorough with cleaning both inside and outside unit. Took extra time to clean the outside unit.
