I loved my apartment but the Manager Amy was almost nonexistent , so many times i had to contact her again and again just to have simple questions answered or things actually taken care of. All in all its a shame to have such a great location but such terrible managment.
RecommendedMy experience with the owner of this business has well exceeded my expectation because although he was not interested in a property I was offering, he took it upon himself to connect me with someone who was. He also checked back with me to see how everything was going and offered additional assistance. He gave his time and expertise without asking anything in return. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days.

someone used my credit card for one of your properties I don't have you as a landlord I'm a homeowner. I disputed it and got denied had my investigator look into it now proved I was right and got my money back. #slumlord
This company has several violations against them from the city of Elyria, they are slumlords, and do nothing to maintain the property once you rent from them, they have no respect for neighbors or any neighborhood his properties are in.

I rented from him before I moved to Columbus. He came when called for something and was very understanding. I just moved back a while ago and would rent from him again in a heartbeat.
