I would like to start by saying this is my second time here as an owner/operator, and there is great reason for that. Early in my driving career I had some of the same thoughts many have, is there a better deal somewhere else? My own authority would be better? Needless to say, I did all that, and I found no better deal, no better staff, and definitely no other company that cares more for the ultimate success of their owner/operators.
