I have been taking our vehicles here for at least 7 years, including my companys services vehicles. I have had a complete engine change down to oil changes done with no problems. Pricing is excellent way less then the big boys and doesn't try to up sell you on every single thing.
Joe is a straight shooter! Twice now car dealerships have tried to take advantage of my wife by trying to get her have extra work unnessasarily done and Joe saw what they were trying to do! He would never try to cut corners but he also knows that the " friendly" service writers at big dealerships get paid commission on extra work that they sell.. Well worth the drive to Medway. Great place. Joe is honest & trustworthy. Works with you when needed and very reliable. I trust JB' s. Tire and auto. My father ( who has passed now). Said you don't find a lot of honest mechanics but Joe is very honest
I have had work done there for years. Joe is honest and fair on his pricing. He has saved us a lot of money and we wouldn't think of going elsewhere. With 6 cars and a motorhome, I'm glad we have a mechanic we can trust.
