They are willing to work with an individual (if you know what you need), they have great customer service, great pricing, and turned things around extremely fast. I stopped by just before they left one day and they had my custom fitting made by 9am the next day. I also bought some ducting from them and it was WAY cheaper than Menards. So I saved money on the ducting and I paid a pretty reasonable price for the to make a custom adapter from scratch.
