Jody did a great job on my roof and fence. He took his time making sure that everything was done correctly. The roof required your typical replacement, but also repairing skylights and woodworking of fascia/support boards, which were all professionally done. His rates were very reasonable. With the rainstorms, he even came on the weekend to make sure that everything was ok. Highly recommended roofer and person to do business with.

Jody provided the roofing component of our recent Sunrun solar installation. Having done a number of remodels in our lifetimes, my wife and I were most impressed by not only the quality of the work, but also the cleanliness of the worksite, our home. We set up three different appointments with Jody Bailey for an estimate on a roof repair. Each time he promised to meet with us, he failed to show up. No call, no text, no nothing. He repeated this behavior after asking us to give him another chance and then another chance. No show, no call, no text. Your experience may be different, but we will never recommend him to anyone. Unreliable without concern for customer service. Avoid if you can.
